All of our products are shipped from Perth, Western Australia. Shipping times are estimates only and delays, out of our control, may occur.
Domestic
Standard orders are expected for delivery within 2-8 business days.Express orders are expected for delivery within 1-4 business days.
International
International delivery times vary depending on location. Shipping costs are calculated at check out. -
Yes, we deliver to the majority of countries worldwide. In the event that your country isn't on our shipping list, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to find a solution.

Exchanges and Returns

We want to make returns as smooth as possible! Here’s what you need to know:
- Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order date.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, free from makeup, and scent free.
- We do not accept returns on sold-out products.
- Return shipping costs are not covered.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We offer exchanges and returns up to 30 days after your purchase. Items should be unworn and in new condition. To initiate an exchange or return, please get in touch here. Please note, we will not cover the shipping costs for returned items.

We aim to process refunds within one business day of receiving your returned item. You'll get an email confirmation once it's done, but please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
